Tracie L. James is a Leadership Strategist, Event Consultant, Speaker & Author. Tracie has focused her work with women leaders to help them achieve REAL results in their careers and businesses. For over 25 years, she has utilized her education, skills, and experience to assist her clients to improve productivity and increase profitability. She provides her clients with the training, support and accountability required to achieve their strategic growth goals.

With numerous awards and accolades throughout her sales, marketing, speaking and consulting careers, Tracie is not easily placed in one category, she defines her own. Tracie’s number one goal is to educate, develop and encourage leaders to reach their full potential.

Tracie conducts training and workshops for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. She has released two books “Excuse Proof Leadership” and “The Zero Excuses Challenge” with training and coaching programs as well.

Tracie attended Jackson State University and graduated with honors in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing.  She later received her MBA from Jackson State University in 1999. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Greater Jackson Class of 2010.

Her family is an important part of her life and her motivation each day. She is the mother of two sons, Terrance and Mikal and GiGi to two beautiful granddaughters, Teryn and London and two handsome grandsons, Tobias and Isaiah.
