These are the frequently asked questions for the Women's Entrepreneur Rejuvenation Retreat in San Juan, Puerto Rico. If you do not see your question here-please email us directly at Hello@TracieLJames.com

What is the difference between the Room Packages?

The only difference between the two options is one is private and the other is shared . Please understand that when you reserve the double room, you may be in a room with a person you don’t know. 

I have food allergies and/or a special diet, when do I tell you?

You will receive a questionnaire where you can share your food allergies, wine preferences and the correct spelling of your name, as some gift items may be engraved.

Is there a payment plan for the retreat?

YES!! There is a $500 deposit to hold your spot at the retreat and make monthly payments until paid in full. The deadline is October 1st.

Are there any refunds if I cannot attend the retreat?

Depends on when you request a refund - Yes...  If you request a refund of your deposit before March 31st, you can get a refund. After March 31st, there are NO REFUNDS of the deposit or any payments. However, you can transfer your registration anytime before October 15th (date of your final payment). 

Are meals included?

Breakfast and snacks, and some lunches and dinners during the sessions will be covered. Any meals outside of the venue and anywhere your retreat agenda reads “self-pay“.

What precautions are being taken to protect us from COVID-19?

All attendees will need to submit a negative test result taken no more than 3 days prior to your arrival and participate in post-event contact tracing surveys. Masks will be required for all attendees.
